Running and Puppies - The After Effects

I run a fair amount now. Up to 40Km in a week over a 4 day period. This is what it looks like when my dogs are with me afterwards

Han is coming on 9 years old. This is Han after a 10K run

Chewbacca is coming on 7 years old. This is Chewie after a 10K run

Lovey is just past 1 year old. This is Lovey after a 10K run
